1. Monthly cashback
Your total Taker volume in each calendar month determines your cashback tier. The higher your Taker volume, the higher your cashback rate, with the opportunity to earn up to Rp150,000,000 in cashback per month per trader.
2. Top Volume Awards
Keep trading throughout the program period for a chance to rank among the top five customers with the highest cumulative Taker volume. The top five participants can win exciting prizes, including a MacBook, iPhone, Apple Watch, and more.
3. Lucky Draw
You can also earn Lucky Draw entries as your cumulative Taker volume grows. For every Rp5,000,000 in cumulative Taker volume, you’ll earn one draw ticket, up to a maximum of 1,000 tickets.
With five exciting prizes, one Apple Watch Series 11, two AirPods Pro 3, and two AirPods 4 available, the more eligible volume you accumulate, the more chances you have to win.

Worked example: Rp20,000,000,000 in Taker volume in October puts you in Platinum. Your cashback is 0.10% × Rp20,000,000,000 = Rp20,000,000.
Your cashback tier resets at 00:00 WIB on the 1st of each month. This means your Taker volume from one month does not carry over to the next.
How and when do you get the cashback?
Monthly cashback is issued within 20 working days after the end of each calendar month, as a Bitcoin promo code sent to your Luno-registered email address.
We may announce the monthly top five cashback recipients on Luno Indonesia's social media pages and Telegram channel, with names in masked form next to each rank and the referral code, for example Rank 1: John Doe - ABC123 becoming J**n D*e - ABC123.

We rank every participant by cumulative Taker volume from the first day of the program to the last. The top five can win:

You'll have 5 calendar days to reply and confirm a delivery address, and we'll deliver your prize anywhere in Indonesia within 60 business days of receiving it, at no cost to you.

Tickets build up across the whole program period. Unlike your cashback tier, they don't reset each month.

What counts, and what doesn't
Counts: Taker fills on IDR-quoted pairs on the Luno Exchange, for example BTC/IDR and ETH/IDR. Your volume is the IDR value of each qualifying fill at the moment it executes.
Does not count:
Crypto-to-crypto pairs, such as BTC/USDT and BTC/ETH
Maker orders — limit orders that rest in the order book and fill later
Instant Buy and Instant Sell
Sending or receiving crypto
Multi-buy, Bundles and Repeat Buy
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to sign up?
No. Participation is automatic. Once you have a fully verified Luno account, your qualifying Taker trades are counted from the moment the program opens.
When does the program run?
From 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026.
When does each monthly cycle run?
From 00:00 WIB on the 1st to 23:59 WIB on the last day of the calendar month.
Which transactions count?
Taker fills on IDR-quoted pairs on the Luno Exchange, and nothing else. Crypto-to-crypto pairs, Maker orders, Instant Buy/Sell, sends and receives, Multi-buy, Bundles and Repeat Buy are all excluded.
What makes me a Taker?
You become a Taker when you place a market order that executes at the best available price, or an order that executes immediately against an existing order in the order book.
Which markets count?
IDR-quoted pairs on the Luno Exchange only, such as BTC/IDR and ETH/IDR.
Do my BTC/USDT or BTC/ETH trades count?
No. Crypto-to-crypto markets are excluded from the program entirely — they don't count toward your cashback tier, your Top Volume ranking, or your Lucky Draw tickets.
Why didn't I qualify?
Usually one of four reasons: your monthly Taker volume was under Rp1,500,000,000; your orders were Makers rather than Takers; you traded a crypto-to-crypto pair; or you traded through Instant Buy/Sell instead of the Exchange.
How are the Top Volume Awards winners decided?
We rank every participant by cumulative qualifying Taker volume across the whole program period. The five highest-ranked participants each win a prize. This is a ranking by volume, not a random draw.
Can I win a Top Volume Award and earn cashback too?
Yes. Cashback and Top Volume Awards are separate, earning one doesn't affect the other. The only restriction is that Top Volume Award winners aren't entered in the Lucky Draw.
How do I earn tickets for the Lucky Draw Prize?
Every IDR 5,000,000 of cumulative qualifying Taker volume earns you one ticket. IDR 50,000,000 earns 10 tickets, IDR 250,000,000 earns 50, and IDR 5,000,000,000 or more earns the maximum of 1,000.
Do my tickets reset each month?
No. Unlike your cashback tier, tickets build up across the entire program period.
Can I win both Lucky Draw prizes?
No. One reward per customer.
Can I win a Lucky Draw prize and a Top Volume Award?
No. If you're one of the five Top Volume Award winners, you're not entered in the draw. Cashback is unaffected either way.
